So as like everyone else, Christmas was a hectic time for us! We had lots of family and lots of friends that wanted our time this holiday season...and still a few to catch up with...you know who you are! Which brings me to my topic for this blog, blessings! It's easy to get caught up in all the wrapping paper and bows of it all. But the true gift that keeps giving not only to me, but to my husband and my children, is all of the people who hold us near and dear to their hearts. Who could ask for more than to have the problem of having to "make time" for all of those who love us. I just want you all to know how much I appreciate your friendship all year long, not just at Christmas!
We spent Christmas morning over pancakes and bacon and eggs, watching the kids take turns opening thier gifts, and explaining to them why they got things like bed sheets, clothes, underwear and socks, and not tons of toys and a DS (Delaney). All in all the kids loved Christmas this year so we loved watching and participating with them! Seeing the Christmas magic in their eyes, knowing that Santa had been there while they were sleeping was also so very magical!
Wishing all a blessed and safe New Year!
The Kruegers!
