What to expect when you're expecting...and trying to keep it quiet!

Sounds crazy right? Why would you want to keep something as exciting as a pregnancy quiet? Well it's just for my sanity. Where I work things can get pretty hectic when I'm not at work. My boss has a hard time with me being gone for even one day let alone 8 or 12 weeks with a new baby. Don't get me wrong my boss and my co-workers are great people. I just know that I do a lot of the daily operations and I keep things running, I think pretty well....once my boss finds out I'm gonna take maternity leave she's gonna want me to start preparing ASAP for my departure...which isn't until mid March. Her anxiety level will rise which will make my stress and anxiety levels rise. I realize there will be a lot of things for me to get in order before the delivery, because I want work to run smoothly with out me, that will only make my job easier when I come back!

Don't get me wrong I'm SUPER excited about the idea of a third baby, and becoming a family of five! Jason is anxious but excited, the kids are thrilled! And we've told a few close friends and family about the news! But I've decided to wait until after my first pre-natal visit in late August to share the news with work!
