Another week down with the scale as my friend!!!

So Friday I weighed in as usual.

Only this time I was a bit nervous or anxious about stepping onto the scale.

My very first week I had a great loss of 7.2 pounds. After that on week two I was down another 2.2, and as I mentioned before, the leader said that another loss was WONDERFUL, most people who lose a big number in week one will gain a little back in week two or stay the same. So when week three came around I was nervous, but still went down .9 and this week I just knew I'd stay the same or GAIN...

So I slipped off my shoes and stepped up. What was so scary anyway. It's not like I was gonna be yelled at if I had gained or maintained. I know in my head and my heart that even if I have a bad week I get to start fresh the very next day! Each week is a fresh start!

To my surprise the scale was still SLOWLY going down. I was down another .9. Sure I would have LOVED to have seen a -1. something or -2. something. But all in all every little bit leads towards the same goal of 50 pounds!

So now four weeks into the new Points Plus system with Weight Watchers I am down 11.2 pounds. I met a girl Saturday night who's been doing WW for two months and has lost 11 pounds. It made me feel good to know that I had lost that same amount in half the time. (The only kicker is, she is literally half the size of me LOL, therefore she has a harder time losing the pounds, whereas I have more to lose so it sheds a little more quickly!)

Either way, this week, the scale and I are still friends!

I am hopeful that this week will be nice to me! This will be my first week weighing in while on my monthly cycle (TMI) but I hope that it still shows a down even if I do feel bloated!
