A few small ounces off towards the end goal!

I've hit 10 pounds off! I'm actually at 10.3 down from my starting weight. I only lost .9 this week, but I didn't gain....It was my birthday week and I didn't gain! I had 3 cupcakes over 4 days, Olive Garden, ice cream and Lord knows what else I'm forgetting! But I did it, I kept a - infront of the number! That's all that matters to me. I understand there will be a week or weeks for that matter where I will stay the same or gain. But I have to remember that every week is a new week and a fresh start. If I slip up one day I can start fresh the next.

I am so excited to be 1/5 into my goal of losing 50 pounds. I am excited that we are getting some warmer days here in Kansas and I can get outside to enjoy the fresh air. I enjoy walking outside so much more than on the elliptical downstairs! I am including the whole family! Delaney will be in better shape than me today. She's at Lifetime Fitness for Maxx's birthday. They were playing in the gym for 1 hour, swimming for 1 hour and then having pizza and cake. Then I'm taking her and the rest of the fam on a 3-4 mile walk! She's gonna sleep good tonight!

So it's a new week and I'm hoping for another - in front of the number come Friday! This week I need to insert more POWER FOODS. I need to indulge in more fruits and veggies and less trigger foods. This last weeks trigger foods were: vanilla oreos, cheddar cheese, lays potatoe chips, french fries! So I need to steer clear of these!!!
