M is for Mom

My mom is truly my best friend! She has always been beside me through all of life and I cannot imagine my life thus far without her. Even as a teenager when most mothers and daughters are battling it out, we were close. She always trusted me until I gave her a reason not to, which rarely happened. Because I was always mature and honest she gave me lots of freedom. Somehow even with all of the freedom I still made good decisions.

I never drank, smoked or did drugs. I didn't have sex until I was 18 with the man I'm now married too. I was good. I believe that stems from her helping to raise me to be independent and wise. I hope that with my own three kids I can do the same.

My mom is such an amazing person. She's a true friend. She is strong. She is hot! LOL She is pretty. She is a hard worker. She is a great wife. She is a helpful neighbor. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She is left handed. She is positive. She's a walker. She's courageous. She's everything I hope to be in a a mom when my kids look back at me!
