Wow it's not very often that I take a day off and have really nothing to do. This day has been a scheduled day off for a couple of weeks now and as it turns out it couldn't have come at a better time. I need the time to catch up on some sleep...catch up on some laundry...and just decompress a little. My little brother, Aric, is out of the hospital now. He's home and will have to begin speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. They aren't sure how long he'll be off of work, but it will probably be a few weeks up to a couple of months. So there is still a long road to recovery.
Back to my Friday...
I am so excited about today being the last work day of the week! I plan to take Delaney to Kindergarten in the morning as a special treat to her. Then I have to buy some last minute baby shower things for the shower I'm hosting the first weekend in October. Then I'll pick her up from school...another special treat for her~ =)
I know where does the laundry, sleep and decompression fit in??? After school. And probably all weekend! Jason leaves for Oklahoma the Little Sahara Friday afternoon and will not return until Sunday afternoon. =) Should be a good weekend!
