One week down, and with it goes my weight!!!

So today marks the end of my first week on the new Weight Watchers Points Plus system. I did great all week. I never cheated, I paid attention to portion sizes, I tracked all of the food that I ate. I didn't drink my calories. I've had no pop just water and milk and OJ (for breakfast) all week long!
Surprisingly I wasn't every starving. I was satisfied and felt better even after just week one! I can only imagine how much better I'll feel after weeks 10, 20 or 30!

I got to WW today at 2:45 and the leader asked me how my first week went. So I explained the above to her. Then it was time to step on the scale. The moment of truth. Had my week of changed habits paid off?

YES!!!!

I am down 7.2 pounds in just one week. *Results not typical* LOL
I have A LOT to lose so to be down so much the first week doesn't really surprise me. I know that it wont always be big numbers like this. I understand that it's easier to lose when you have more of it! But I'm riding HIGH! I'm so overwhelmed knowing I'm on my journey to a healthier, happier, smaller ME!

I'm dying to get out of my two pairs of jeans I can wear now. I have a whole closet of smaller sized jeans that are just screaming out at me everytime I go in! Hold on jeans of a smaller size...I'm on my way!

Here's hoping week two will also be a loss! I'm shooting for more like 3 or 4 pounds down, but hey, honestly, I'll take anything with a - in front of it!
