Resolutions

This time of year is all about resolutions! I for one am making only one!

My New Year's Resolution for 2011 is to make more time for loved ones.

Loved ones meaning:
Jason
Delaney
Garrett
Lucy
My parents
My siblings
My nephews
My great friends
And my extended family!

It's hard as life ticks by day by day to make time for all of these special people in my life. Right now because I'm part time my kids are winning! They see me more than they would probably like to! Too bad! I however don't get much one on one time with Jason, by the time the kids are all down for the night so are we! We need to make it a point to make time for one another, the cruise spoiled us since we were kid free for 8 days! I don't need 8 days but maybe one day every 8! My friends seem long lost some days. I have done a few play dates with Gerri and Emerald lately which I am so happy about! I love my Goddaughter!

So 2011 needs to bring some more time! Time for me to slow down and make time for the people I love!

Here is a small list of things that are up and coming this year:

I'm hosting a baby shower for Shari and Shawn!
My last year as a 20 something!
Jason and I are painting the girls' room PINK!!!
Lucy's first birthday!
Maybe a spring break 1-2 day trip to Branson with the kids!
Family DUNES trip in April!
I'm hosting a bridal shower in my back yard for Suzy & David
Garrett turns 5!
I'm throwing a bachelorette party for Suzy
Delaney turns 7!
Garrett starts KINDERGARTEN!!!!!
Delaney starts 2nd Grade! She's so ready! Such a smart cookie!
I'm a maid of honor for Suzy's wedding August 20th
Helping Courtney plan her wedding! September 1, 2012!!

This is just a few! I know there are a couple of other babies turning 1 right after Lucy! There will be other weddings, parties, babies, and celebrations along the way! That I will make time for because I'm slowing down and making time! It is, after all, my RESOLUTION!!
