So my second week of Weight Watchers is complete! I felt more hungry this week compared to last week. I'm sure it's just my body adjusting to the fact that this is "real" and not just one week of watching what I eat! LOL So I'm hoping that week three will be a success!
I have to celebrate my birthday tomorrow. But I'm on top of the game, I already looked up point values for Olive Garden so I know what I will be eating and how many points the meal requires. By doing this I also know how many points I can consume for breakfast and lunch!
I spend a lot of time figuring point values and pre arranging meals and such. It is very time consuming but well worth the efforts.
This week my weight loss was 2.2 pounds. So overall for the two weeks I've gone down 9.4 pounds. The leader was very nice. I joked that I was sad I couldn't have a 7 pound loss every week. She said that it's typical for people who lose a big amount the first week to actually gain the second week. So she was very proud of me for A)not gaining and b) losing 2.2 more!
What a relief. I honestly am happy with any loss. I don't have to have large numbers as long as the number slowly gets larger! I'm working towards my 10% goal right now! When I reach that I'll set a new 10% goal!
I'm so ready for spring and my walks with my mom, outside, burning those extra calories! And for the monthly 5K's!
So here's to week three and surviving, super bowl, my birthday, and a night out with friends! I think I can I think I can I think I can!
NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS LOOKING GOOD FEELS!
