So week ten with Weight Watchers was another success! Mom and I only got to walk one day last week, but when we went we went for 4 miles instead of 3. I think that helped me! I have now lost 22.2 pounds! Triple Two's!!!
Now having said that...
This past weekend I ate:
a doughnut
popcorn with butter
some candy
two slices of french toast with syrup and butter
pizza
and a cadbury egg...
OUCH!
This was Friday through Sunday night...but still! I gotta get walking! We walk on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so hopefully tomorrow and Thursday are nicer than today! I gotta burn the above off!
