Healthy Habits Day One (Yesterday)
I've decided to do better at feeling better and looking better. So I'm going to track my progress here along the way. So that my words can hold me accountable whether it's been a good week or a bad one!
So today (which was actually yesterday) I did the following:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken
Cottage Cheese 1/2 c.
Cherry Greek Yogurt
Dinner:
Peanut Butter & Jelly
1 Serving cheetos
Water:
6 servings
Activity:
Walked for 25 minutes at lunch
Road 3 miles on the incumbant bike at the gym
1 hour Body Pump class with Kristi
By the end of the day I was tired and cranky! But that's what I should expect with day one! LOL
These posts will typically be posted the day after just because I will be too tired to move after my day has come to an end and the kids are all in bed! Look forward to day 2's entry tomorrow!
