Monday. Dreaded Monday. The weekend's over, time for work/school. Monday.
My Monday was actually pretty good on the healthy end of things! I didn't get any activity in, unless you count loads of laundry and the repeated trips up and down the stairs of our home! I didn't get to walk at lunch due to an errand I had to run. But my eating was pretty good, and still WAY better than before I started my healthy habits last Wednesday!
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Lunch:
Asiago bagle
Sun dried tomato spread
Dinner:
Grilled chicken
Steamed brocolli
Garlic potatoes (green giant bagged variety, NOT a hit in our house...no one except for Lucy liked them...but she'll eat anything!)
Evening:Small handfull of M & M's ;)
