Fun with names & Things are ChAnGiNg!!!

I made these a while back and never got around to posting them!

















So it's official! After I complete my 12 weeks of maternity leave I will return to work as a Regular Part Time (RPT) employee instead of a Full Time employee. This is something I have honestly thought about with each of my children. Should I stay home more? Should I work this much? Well this time I prayed about it, I talked with my mom, I talked with my boss, I talked with Jason and all of a sudden the stars lined up! My boss came to all of us talking about the City's financial situation and different options we could look at as cost saving measures. It was like I had a light bulb glaring above my head. This is what I'm supposed to do.

Sure it's scary to think about:
I'll make 1/2 the paycheck I make now (maybe a little more than half...)
I'll be juggling lots of schedules still
Delaney to 1st grade and picked up each day
Garrett to pre-school
Baby to moms
work 9:30-2pm Monday through Friday

But there are so many advantages:
I'll get to take Delaney to school every day and pick her up!
My mom is going to watch new baby for FREE!!!
So I'll be saving approx. $780.00 a month in just those two kiddos!
I'll get to work and be a mom!
Off at 2~
Still have great benefits with the City since I'm RPT
I can always switch back to full time once I feel I'm ready!
More time to be domesticated (make lunches, clean house, prepare dinners!)
More time with all three of my kiddos!!!




















I'm super excited to begin this chapter of my life and see what happens next!
